Designed to be the first high-performance Class A office building in the burgeoning technology center of Ankara, the building is poised to attract large, multi-national firms with a strong R+D focus. Full compliance with IBC code regulations for life-
safety and accessibility exceed local requirements. Green building practices integrated into the design are targeted to substantially reduce negative environmental impacts. Leasable office space was designed to minimize initial tenant fit-out costs.
