SHELL decoration
The idea for SHELL collection came onto my sketch book on a trip from Baotou to Beijing, which was a travelling from a rust belt city surrounded by prairie, desert and rural area to one of the most modern cities. The change of atmosphere was so vast and made my mind spinning fast. Thinking about the crystal project, I draw the concept out without much thinking. Rustic and exquisite, natural and human craft, that was the contrast I’m experiencing at the moment. And it is the same with how I feel about crystal, it long been crafted and it could present a contemporary look.
