Turn Me On Table - The Turn Me On Table was designed for the 3M Design Studio to display and demonstrate 3M products and technologies. Seats at each head of he table act as switches. When the chairs are removed or occupied, sensors gracefully illuminate a 6 foot strip of electroluminescent film (under glass) to activate the space. When the meeting concludes, chairs are returned to their place and the table turns off. 2002
