Marketing piece (8.5" X 11") for independent insurance agencies looking to increase revenue by illustrating to renters the dangers of not having insurance on their home. It was to be mailed to prospective clients or left with apartment complexes management to hand out to new renters. I wrote all copy for this piece as well as typography layout, and photo manipulation. The burglar was not in the original photo with the woods and was added for obvious effect.
