Study of Irises - 16x16 Oil on Canvas Unfinished. Unsure if I will ever touch it though...it's not a finished painting for sure, but there's something I like about it.

Self Portrait - 18x36in Oil on canvas This was the first iteration of this painting. See next slide.

Self Portrait, continued - same painting...after a cranky night of painting. At this point I lost all interest in the painting and have never finished it.

The Boys - 30x40in Oil on Canvas This is the most completed this painting has ever been (minus me in the middle of the picture). After this I decided I was unhappy with how it had turned out and decided to rework it. Mistake. I have never finished it again. Each time I get halfway through I have changed my approach so much that the other half is obsolete and I have to redo it. See next slide.

The Boys...now - After completely white washing most of the canvas and setting in on the three on the right, I changed my approach and decided to paint in B&W and glaze over it. Which I started on, became frustrated, and have never finished. Actually, I love the one B&W guy in the middle as an unfinished portrait and wish I could scrap the rest.
