Aëdemphia is the product of ten years of work and it is close to be finished. I am glad that I could help his author to develop the potential of his project in three areas : Assurance Quality, Game balance and narative design.
For instance, I take part in the game balance by changing in depth the elemental resistance system. This one was largely random for most creatures. I used rational game design in order to establish appropriate resistances for each creature depending on their type. This monster's types system is now also used by Sylvanor in order to incorporate a limb targeting system.
I tested fully Aëdemphia three times, discovering many minor and major bugs, spelling errors and areas of improvement.
I also worked as a game designer on Aëdemphia, desining quests and dialogues. I also took a part in the narative design of some important sequences of the game.
