The Soho Place project involved the design and planning of a new student residence for London International Academy. As part of the project team, I contributed to developing a comprehensive Revit model and creating realistic renderings that visually communicated the building's integration within the surrounding area. My responsibilities also included producing presentations, preparing rezoning application materials, and participating in meetings with the zoning department to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including the Ontario Building Code (OBC). Additionally, I used Photoshop for building insertion visualizations, helping stakeholders envision the residence within the local urban context.
