Residential Development, Lucan - ON
The Lucan Development is a multifamily residential project consisting of 80 apartment units, designed with flexibility to be built in three phases. I was responsible for designing the layout of the apartment units, ensuring that each space maximized functionality while maintaining a modern aesthetic. My role also included creating renderings and imagery to visually communicate the design intent, helping stakeholders and future residents envision the final product. The phased approach allows for efficient construction while accommodating the growing demand for quality rental housing.
