As part of the construction administration team for the MLS Administration Building, an institutional project with net-zero sustainability goals, I played a key role in managing the construction process and ensuring seamless execution. My responsibilities included overseeing project coordination, managing contractor communication, and resolving compatibility issues between different building systems during construction. By addressing complex design conflicts and facilitating proactive problem-solving, I helped keep the project on track and aligned with its sustainability targets. Despite the challenges, I ensured that the project was delivered on time and within budget, meeting both performance and environmental goals.
