A project that is still so near to me. Mental health is a very current crissi & I feel that the pandemic has only amplified what was already dlurking within so many of us.
I believe we all know how it feels, the darkness, the lost energy. When days go by & you can't process the world.
After struggling with things myself I decided to try take a step in the right direction for mental health.
This project was a fundraiser for my local mental health charity (SAMH) and I wanted to raise as much awareness and funding as possible for them with the great work they have been doing.
I wanted to take an apporach with these that I hadn't seen done before. So I utilised perspective.
As we all tell the lie from time to time, "I'm Okay" when in reality we are falling to pieces. I chose to utilise that & have the graphic change depending on your perspective.
As the tee reveals "I'm not okay"
I wanted to send the message that it's ok to struggle.
