Disposable Cutting Board
Senior Capstone Project - The goal was to re-design a previous disposable cutting board product that had failed in the market, while combining it with multiple factors to increase its appeal to consumers. Along with containing the mess from liquids while cutting, this board was durable enough to withstand cleaver chops (which was a major complaint previously.) The moisture reacting dye implements a one time use per sheet to prevent the contamination of bacteria in food cut on the board. The folding factor is to incorporate a strainer for another benefit of this product. A quick cut and rinse that you can bring anywhere you may need. All with nothing to carry or create a mess to clean up afterwards
