The Guardian
This project was focused on finding a way for the hearing-impaired elderly to answer the doorbell without sound. The Guardian is what this product is called, and it includes a doorbell with features like two-way speaker communication and a camera that allows the user to have access to a live feed and is connected through Bluetooth to this buzzer, which then vibrates to notify the user that someone is at the door. The buzzer allows the user to press and hold to speak through the doorbell and hear the person outside. The Guardian includes three silicon accessories, which are a watch, a clip, and a necklace pendant, all made from a soft silicon material.
