Thor
Thor - Thor is a permanent installation. Being mainly a floating oblique torus, Thor is composed of 943 transparent polycarbonate discs with a fresnel lens texture to interact with the sunlight. PC discs are production wastes of a local facility and they are hung by 475 strings, with a total length of 3190.24 meters, fixed to the ceiling of the building. 4 by 4 meter aluminum structure is an important part of the design, that ensures the smooth transition between the installation and wooden ceiling.
