WINTER
My collection, winter, draws inspiration from gothic victorian styles, fantasy elements that symbolize decay, transformation, and danger - like vampires, werewolves, zombies, etc. I decided to utelize a dark color scheme with high contrast accents. For the sihlouettes, I wanted to emphasize the human anatomy while utilizing dramatic and flowing silhouettes. I also looked to incorporate floral motifs with a shape similar to wolfsbane and begonia- that symbolize danger.
