Vantage Hospitality's GRAND announcement - InDesign, Illustrator & Hands-On (2011)
designed the card to have the diecut edge, although all card were hand cut with an xacto. Back of card was white with the two front panels blue, to eliminate crack lines where the folds are.

"clip art" in the corners were digitally hand drawn with a stylus pen and then tweeked in Illustrator.
