Sales people learn from stories.
To teach best practices, offer thoughts and tips on selling and engage their channel sales reps, we put together eNews stories featuring their peers and emailed them twice monthly.
We began with a series of short snipets highlighting awards they had won in a point-based incentive program to attract attention. As readership increased, we began expanding the stories to include features on 'how" they succeeding at sales to help educate reps on best practices and provide thought-starters for use in their own sales efforts.
