A Fresh look at vernacular architecture - ...the fresh fruit from the hotel garden every morning, the seafood taken straight from the sea that day by the local fi sherman, the cool sea breeze coming in off the beach on a hot day, the vibrant flowers in full bloom, and of course the symbol that gives us the opportunity to start over every day, the sun. These natural elements that occur in harmony with Greece’s rich history of architecture are inspirations for the atmosphere that I created for Hotel Doryssa.
