This project sprang from the difficulty I sometimes have with motivation. It's based on Thaler and Sunstein's theory of the Planner and the Do-er (in their book Nudge). When you're planning, simply set up a few times when you know you are going to need some motivation (example: getting up to run at 5 AM). Inspire365 has you covered.
