Dante II Display - Dante II is an actual exploratory robot, built by Carnegie Mellon Univeristy for NASA, that was donated for inclusion in the the traveling exhibition "Robotics". This 6000 sq. ft., $1.9 million exhibit has traveled to 14 Science museums throughout North America since 1996. The Dante display placed the 12' tall robot in a diarama setting that emulated the volcano that this robot explored in 1994. I designed this display, fabricated the diarama, & painted a mural depicting the robot's mission.
