ExploreTEC Engineering Lab - 2012
The new ExploreTEC engineering classroom was a renovation of a former theater space within the Exploreum Science Center. The dark room was transformed into a colorful, inviting space to explore concepts of engineering. The interior is a flexible space equipped with activity tables, computer workstations and a 3D printer. I designed an eye-catching new marquee structure to mark the entrance to the new space. Much of this project was fabricated and finished in-house by myself and museum staff.
