Master Accommodation Plan (MAP) 140,000 sf. Interior Construction 22,000 sf
comprising a centralized customer service desk, call centre, conference centre, Ship+ Rec addition, exterior trash/recycling enclosure and consolidation of two exist. entrances into a highly visible entrance, accessible landscaping and parking. The MAP accommodated an anticipated 25% growth, improved accessibility, access to views and natural light. Patty guided the Town toward smaller workstation footprints, and cultivated a culture shift embracing less offices, more open work spaces with collaborative, chance encounter opportunities. The MAP was conducted under very tight timelines. Mechanical, Electrical Systems were reviewed, cost estimates & phasing provided, along with a LEED silver feasibility study. Patty successfully delivered a MAP addressing all departmental and program requirements and managed the renovations through CA.
