A 161,000sf, 55 bed Acute Care Hospital and 123 bed Residential Care Facility, the first of its kind in rural northern British Columbia, Opened in July 2012. Patty worked with the interiors team to develop a warm, inviting, light filled interior and provided the material and finishes concept. Patty supported the multi-stakeholder group discussions with presentation drawings and 3d renderings produced in Revit, designed the ceilings for all areas of the hospital and residence, designed the transaction and reception desks, as well as supervised a team of up to 10 designers, architects and technologists as the Interior Design Team's Revit Coordinator to produce a concise and clear set of contract documents. The project was led out of Cannon Design's Vancouver and Victoria Offices, with the Interior Design Team working remotely from Toronto.
