Greenacre Library Interim Report 2016
Greenacre library front onto Community Place, a small laneway that runs behind Greenacre's main strip of shops, slightly removed from the hum of the town centre. The library has multiple access points and lacks opportunities for natural surveillance: the building faces the waste storage areas and the back of the commercial premises on Waterloo Road, Greenacre, and the surrounding reserve, while pleasant, is unfortunately underutilised and often only used as a walkway.
