BestBuy Smart Home UX refresh
As part of my program at NYU I chose to redesign the Smart Home shopping user experience on the BestBuy website. As someone interested in Smart Home products I have been disappointed with my experience trying to learn about and purchase Smart Home devices on the BestBuy website. I believe the experience could be more user focused and intuitive.
