The globe's electro-luminescent wire is powered from a black battery encased atop its frame.
I attached the EL wire battery atop the sphere in order to eliminate the twisting of the wires.

Created a spinning sphere lined with electro-luminescent wire for home decoration and lighting. Utilized a laser cutter, adobe illustrator (for piece design), and 2 part epoxy for connections.
