Thesis Project - The most cited issue about flood disaster is the gap between emergency phase and recovery phase where the focus is often paid on food and water distribution with little regards to the local economy.
The Angler addresses these issues; it is a torch/radio that uses solar cell and dynamo technology for the emergency phase.
Afterwards, it can help local fishermen with their livelihood by turning into a green fish-luring lantern that comes with a detachable boat clamp.
