Sam Burrow

The Amur Leopard is one of the most endangered species on this planet. Like all animals, it is a beautiful creature in need of our protection.
In this illustration, I use a limited colour palette but layer those colours to give the artwork a larger spectrum. Rendering the Leopard this way, with the aid of Procreate's textured brushes, gives the illusion of fur. I intentionally kept other elements sparse to ensure a focus on the Amur Leopard staring back at the viewer.
