ACADEMIC STUDIO 606 PROJECT
The assignment is to create a building standard design for a program of self choice, I choose a resturant BAR & PUB on the corner of California and Castro Street.
This locations is an American standard Pub, serving burgers and beer on the first floor and commerical office space on the second floor. The deliverables are as followed: All floor plans, two sections, to elevations, wall section, and wall, bathroom, occupany, and interior details.
The design elements must be LEED and Building Code certified, and bathroom be approved by the AIA standard of care.
