UP Winnie Cheong is a local label started by self-taught designer Winnie Cheong since 1981. We started our business in Bukit Timah Shopping Centre, one of the more popular locations then with our own designs. Our forte is creating elegant and contemporary designs following the latest fashion movement with a touch of local flair (according to the build, body contour, culture and climate).
