Soho, NY Loft
The New York Loft Project was design for a famous artist who wanted a personal studio and host many parties. The space starts with a two level empty building shell that was open to the outside on both side. A section of the floor plate was cut to create a double volume space for the living area. The first level included a music room, library, kitchen, dining, and a personal lap pool. The upper level was kept private with the artist’s bedroom and studio overlooking the living room. Four guest bedrooms was place on the opposite side of the floor which overlooks the lap pool.
