Rebekka Morrison

A student housing in the midst of an established neighborhood, site surrounded by an elementary school, a University, a gym, an afterschool program and a senior citizen home. Buildings were to give back to the neighborhood.

Program included a common kitchen, south-facing balcony, laundry room and small lounges on each floor. A private courtyard for students and ground level included services such as a cafeteria, study hall and a bakery to name a few. Three plazas were the focus point to serve the variety of people in the neighborhood. Goal was to make students feel like home and apart of the community.
