Urban Signature 1st Phase
Urban Signature is a high density development in East Jakarta as a ripple effect of LRT development, which one of it span from Jakarta to Bogor, one of Jakarta's satellite city. Based on TOD concept, we want swift transition from walking or cycling into other mass transportation modes, so the building masses arrange at plot's perimeter, hence it might be act as welcoming gate from LRT station, block noises from surroundings, and create positive open space at plot center. This social space will be adorned by landscape, musholla, and varieties of activity pocket, therefore social interaction and communal activities will happen.
