Douglass Hall Library
Douglass Hall Library - Douglass hall is located on the California State University campus. The building is currently filled with classrooms and staff offices. The scope of the project was to turn Douglass hall into a Library. When I started the project I looked at the empty shell of the building and noticed the amount of light that came through windows and the row of columns that ran off center of the building. Instead of hiding them I exposed them and played off their square shape.
