This condominium design was created for a first-time homeowner. The client is a young creative professional with a fixed budget but many requirements. Some of the basics were: low maintenance, easy traffic flow, and the ability to repurpose the space. This was accomplished by mixing
modern and industrial textures and finishes so the space is flexible for work, rest, or play.
