Private Residence, Cranford, NJ
This is an existing Cape Cod style house that the client wanted enlarged and redesigned to more of a center hall colonial style. I designed a full second story and small additions to the front and back to increase the usable space on both floors. Design on this project was completed in early 2014. Construction is anticipated to begin in late summer.
