Sattva | Spring 2012 - Prakriti (Nature) and Purusha (Conscience) form the grand duality of the Indian Sankhya Philosophy. Sankhya analyzes manifest Prakriti- the first cause of the universe – into three omnipresent aspects, the Gunas (Grand Tendencies) that, in various proportions, decide the ultimate behavior of anything that lives.
These are: Sattva | Rajas | Tamas
Taking inspiration from these tendencies, three collections have been developed for three customers having various tendencies, depending on the Gunas that are prominent in them.
