In-Store Promotional Material - This project was the First Annual FRESH Steak Cookoff to benefit the East Texas Food Bank. I conceptualized and designed the logo and used it to create in-store materials, outdoor banners, an LED billboard, and even a wrestling-style belt for the winner of the competition.

This Steak Cookoff prize belt is one of my life's crowning achievements. How many people can say they designed a wrestling belt for a steak grilling competition?!

In-Store Signage - These are the 8.5x11 templates I created for the shelf signs. They were offset printed in large quantities and I was able to fill in the product information in-store from InDesign threaded text templates linked to a master Excel file.

FRESH by Brookshires
FRESH by Brookshire's is a concept store in Tyler, Texas within the Brookshire's family of grocery stores. It offers a multitude of specialty and health foods and is also a destination in East Texas for chef prepared food and in-store events.
I helped open the store in March 2011 and designed all in-store signage, training booklets, special order menus, promotional materials, painted department chalkboards, and various blog and email materials. Prior to opening and during the first couple months of operation, I was the point person for blog and newsletter writers, signage installation contractors, sign holder vendors, vinyl graphics printers, fixture fabricators, and the company print shop.
