The result is a functional, fast website that reflects the company's values (trust, respect, fairness, open-mindedness, team spirit). The design is minimalistic and serves its purpose but remains individual enough to clearly distinguish itself from the competition.
The entire application process – from accessing the site via the homepage, finding and selecting job opportunities and submitting an application – takes only a few (3-4) steps. Additional information can be accessed at any stage.
The new design has been very well received by the target group and the HR department as well as by company employees. The high number of applications and recruitments show that the new Karrierewelt website is a success.
