As a researcher, it can be difficult to create a portfolio that tells a story in the same way as a design portfolio might. Here, I have included examples of many of the different research methodologies and artifacts I've used, including a usability test slide and findings recap, service map, a picture of the journey mapping process, a picture of persona brainstorming, a persona research guide I created with my boss, pictures from conducting ethnographic research and contextual field studies, a hierarchical task analysis, and a rainbow spreadsheet.
