In order to inject life back into the town of Roscrea, the community recently embraced the idea of adopting town centre management strategies starting with the exploration of a potential Public Realm Plan. I acted as project manager of the Town Centre Health Check, which would act as a baseline of information for the urban planning consultants to work from.
