Finalist in the Lighting Association awards 2007 - I knew from the outset of this project that I wanted to create a standard light; combining the functionality of a lamp, with the ambient light qualities of a main room light source.
Using a 12V circuit means the power cables double up as pulley cables to allow both lateral and vertical plane adjustment of the light source. The 25W lamp provides sufficient light when positioned high up whilst offering a more focused beam of light when brought lower down.
