My work for Hyundai included a total review of their CRM programme, to encourage the audience to reappraise their perceptions of the brand, and align with the new 'quality-focused' brand positioning.
The resulting DM and digital communication strategy targeted customers and prospects at every stage of the ownership lifecycle - from welcome pack to repurchase mailing.
Other work included a rewrite and redesign of Hyundai's website to align with new corporate identity and brand guidelines, as well as tactical product communications on- and offline.
