Suture Dispenser - Gravity Dispenser designed to allow easy access for medical workers while on the job. It dispenses quickly and efficiently so doctors and nurses don't have to worry about taking their eyes off of the patient.
Pretzel Bites - This box was created for a pretzel company. It holds a plastic jar of cheese and on the other side goes the soft pretzel bites. I learned a lot of lessons from designing this including patience.
Tri-Compartment, single pass (glueing), vial holder - I was asked to create something very cost efficient for a customer who needed it to be able to hold 4 glass vials and literature safely and securely. Traditionally, this would have been a rigid box design with an insert but that was out of the customers budget. This on the other hand, was 1/2 the price and still as efficient. This box has 3 sections. 2 of them have the same interior volume and houses 2 vials a piece. The 3rd section is slightly smaller and holds the literature in place.
Lipstick Box - Because of production limitations, Unipak was unable to produce a carton that would exactly fit the customers product. The product was eyeliner. To accommodate this, I had to look in another direction which is why the inner cells are there. They keep the product centered and viewable through the window.
Mint Coin Box - Rigid Box (hinged), wrapped with litho print.
Peg Display - This was designed for a customer who wanted to cover pegs up on a shelf to advertise. The backside of it has a universal setup accommodating various lengths between pegs while still maintaining structural stability. This is unglued so after die cutting and stripping, load it right on the truck.
Lip Balm display - This non-glued display piece is as easy to assemble as they come. Once filled and closed, the product inside will not go anywhere. It is a very sturdy display piece that is cheap to produce and attractive in appearance.
Gift Set (beauty products) - This gift set was designed as both a display piece as well as a sufficient structure to house and protect the customers product. Inside the box goes a variety of beauty products being held together by variations of simplex trays. This line of packaging took home 2 awards at the North American Packaging Assoc competition in 2009. --“Excellence in Healthcare Products” Award. --“Best Family of Packages” Award.
Dionis Display set - 3 part matching set. Tear away dust flaps allow both end displays to be shipped as is with very little assembly required. The display in the middle has the angled sides and an insert keeping the products standing up.
