The Aging Puzzle Brochure, outside face—A tri-fold brochure for an article from The Smithsonian Magazine. This is the outside of the brochure.
The Aging Puzzle Brochure, inside face—The inside for the tri-fold brochure. This side incorporates two duotones.
Informational Brochure on Typographer Leslie Usherwood—For this project, we were to write a short report on a typographer we picked from a list. Surprisingly little amount of information can be found on Usherwood on the internet, which is why a separate area on the right is devoted to a similar typography subject.
The Grindhouse—A coffee house poster designed in Illustrator. We were given a week to produce the final product, and we were given complete creative control over a poster to advertise a fictional coffee house.
Deep Oceans Pop-Up—A one-sided pop-up informational brochure for the deep ocean. The bathysphere pops over the panel on the left side, and the squid and whale are two separate cut-outs at the top, mounted so that the viewer can wiggle both at the back in mock battle.
Jack and Jill—A large project that was first laid out by hand as a mechanical. Colors and text were set in overlays, before the entire layout was scanned and each separation edited in Photoshop.
Vitae Box Front—A packaging project for a fictional product. Vitae is a tonic for health and beauty.
