GMG COLOR TARGET MATCH/RETOUCHING
My challenge was to manipulate color so the resulting proofs would match the target, across multiple printers with different GMG profiles. A wide range of min dot requirements and paper stains on many of the GMG profiles would cause loss of detail in both highlights and shadow areas, plus major color shifts. Although this is difficult to show in an RGB image, the proofs were approved by the client on the first round submission.
