NEW BRAND: Global Gourmet (gourmet grocery) - Global Gourmet, Inc. was incubated to launch in the Rocky Mountain region in Tier 2 SMSAs as a competitor to Dean & Deluca, Bread & Circus, Wild Oats Markets etc. Globe is 3D textured with international (non-USA/North America) focus, font is rounded. All colors suggest grounding to the earth, natural, fresh.
NEW BRAND: Fixer and Renovation Real Estate - Business card concept for home renovation/flipping. Concept came from old family photo of another discovered abandoned home near CT property still with personal WW II-era property inside. Used for years as a holiday card with caption, "Home on the Farm". Seemed appropriate for turning sows' ears into silk purses.
NEW BRAND: WOW! Factor Realty - San Diego Keller Williams real estate practice named for repeated customer reactions upon taking several steps into finished/designed/staged properties, stopping short, getting quiet then saying, "Wooooow!" Good objective. Works every time.
NEW BRAND: Lisa Clark Interiors - Business card/brand for residential real estate practice in San Diego area -- home to haciendas, Italianate, French country, Early California architectural styles. Uses Mexican Talavera tile art with cracked red earth and tools of the design trade. "Eclectic" refers to combining old+new, store-bought+life souvenirs, new uses for found objects. (E.g. Restaurant fan cover becomes theatre light fixture cover casting curved concentric "sound wave" circles on ceiling.)
NEW BRAND: Treasures of the Bazaars (themed retail souk) - Treasures of the Bazaars, conceived as a full-immersion souk shopping experience in the U.S. Artisanal products selected from the markets of 25 esoteric countries from all continents (e.g. Madagascar, Uzbekistan) presented in country stalls surrounded by authentic representations as the look-and-feel: Hanging hemp drying, old bicycles, native language speakers in country dress negotiating with customers.
BRAND MERCHANDISING: Treasures of the Bazaars Products/Markets - Sampling of indigenous, one-of-a-kind products from 25 esoteric countries, offered in full-immersion souk shopping experience. Principal country markets named.
STORE DESIGN: Treasures of the Bazaars Store Layout - CONCEPT ART: Converted cavernous 7000 s.f. hangar/car repair space in shopping district of downtown La Jolla, CA, with arched front entrances and window display areas, stall spaces/clusters center and along sidewalls, center checkout, cafe area rear for country "tastings", and rear studio space to sublet. Contracted CAD work.
STORE DESIGN: Treasures of the Bazaars Storefront - Existing 7000 s.f. cavernous hangar/former car repair space in shopping district of downtown La Jolla, CA with Spanish tile roof, arched picture windows and double entrances provides Moorish flavor and allows terrific conversion to souk environment. Added sidewalk railings and table seating for cafe service or product presentations. Contracted CAD work.
STORE DESIGN: Treasures of the Bazaars Interior Side View - CONCEPT ART: Possible existing La Jolla, CA University Towne Center ("UTC") shopping mall location redesign focuses on wall shelving and arches added to create room areas, not stalls. Contracted CAD work.
