Surf Gyre is a collaborative collection produced by Menswear Designer Chika Iwama and Tectiles Designer, Charlotte Lim Pei Xuan. Heavily inspired by the surfing culture, this modern meswear collection represent the bold voice of youths expressing their independence and liberation. The texiles are based on one of the most unpredictable aspects of surfing - nature in all its force, as represented by the shark. The graphics are designed to provoke the mind and create maximum impact with its straighforward visuals and in-your-face placements.
