Project #1 - A Child of Grace Tee Shirt design is supposed to convey peace and tranquility. The stroke or outline color is a purple and the letters or fill is white. For the females in the praise team and step group the font is Edwardian Script ITC. This font conveys femininity, as it is fancy and delicate. There is also a graphic of a flower which helps soften the design even more. For the males in the step group the font is more masculine than the font used for the females. The font used for the back of each shirt is neutral and informative. The back of the shirt gives the name and address of the church. This design was created by Pamela Hayer-Duncan on April 5, 2015. Project #2 - Grace Gospel Steppers Tee Shirt design was created for the church’s step team. The graphic used was a free graphic found on the internet it gives you a clear idea of what the step team does. The back of the shirt is plain and the font used is called Niagara Engraved. This font is bold and loud like the steppers. I used black for the fill color and a gold tone for the stroke. These colors match the butter colored Timberlands and the black jeans that the steppers where. The design is placed on a white tee shirt that is neatly pressed giving the steppers a crisp no nonsense appearance. This design was created 3/1/15 and is the first Tee-Shirt design I created for the church, This gave me the idea that I could start my own business and be successful. Project #3 - Flare Studios is a design I created for a fashionista. She wanted something with flames to show how hot the business is but something plain so later if she so chooses she can add rhinestones for a little bling. The rhinestones or glitter will be added to the top of the letter F and a little on the top and bottom of the letter S. As of right not the owner did not want me to add the effects to the design but she wanted something that would give her the option later. The design was placed on a white tee and a pink tee. Project #4 - The Tees 4 U! design was created for my business I used a lime green background to give the design pop as an attention getter. It is placed on the front and back of each tee shirt. I have placed it on an orange tee shirt and a lime green one. People have made comments and taken down the phone number to give me a call if they decide they need a shirt. The graphic was a free one found on the internet and the lettering is stroke is purple with a pink fill. The phone number is done in black and is in bold italics. This design was created by Pamela Hayer-Duncan on April 28, 2015. I can be reached at 201-724-4194 or ladypamplace@gmail..com

Illustrator

I used Illustrator to design Tee shirts for my business. The first project was created for the children and young adults of Grace Gospel Church. The design for the front of the female shirt was created using Edwardian Script ITC font the design for the front of the male shirt was created using Minion Pro and the back for both male and female was created using Cooper Std. The next item was created for the Grace Gospel Steppers. I used a free graphic and Niagara Engraved font and for a little emphasis I used gold for the stroke. The next items was created for a company called Flare Studios. The client wanted something on the plain side because she will add rhinestones to the design later. The last was a design created to advertise my business Tees 4 U! I picked colors that I felt would stand out and grab attention.
