Kristina Benshoff

I was chosen as an Emerging Designer for NYFW. Only 36 designers where chosen to present their collections at the Warwick Hotel on February 10 and 11. Here are some images from my show. I used sustainable fabrics: Soy knit, bamboo cotton, organic cottons with a focus on digital printing. Unlike conventional textile manufacturing, digital printing entails very little waste of fabric, ink, water or electricity. This dress is printed with eco-friendly, water-based pigment inks on natural fiber textiles. No additional chemicals are used in the printing or preparation process. I also used designer end bolts and leather.
