My graduation design - In 2010, the problems brought by population growth, energy crisis and
increasing private cars will getting worse in CHINA. The Chinese cities are
crying for a kind of high energy efficiency and clean public traffic means
to solve these problems.
The design of NATURAL TRANSPORTATION FORCE (NTF) focuses on the
relationships among PEOPLE, VEHICLE & ENVIRONMENT. NTF is a moving
public place for people communicating and sharing their feelings with each
other. Passengers could also enjoy beautiful scene through the large
windows. This bus use hydrogen & electricity as its power.
The from of NTF is inspired by Chinese gallery bridge, which is also an
architecture for TRANSPOTATION, COMMUNICATION & SIGHTSEEING in
ancient CHINA. The expression and color of NTF comes from the facial
make-ups of Chinese opera. The headlamps are inspired by the writing style
of Chinese fine handwriting.
